The last effort by Carlo Di Blasi is now approaching, this time bringing the prestigious American kickboxing and mma promotion Bellator to Italy to showcase the highly anticipated BELLATOR ROMA.Centrale del Foro Italico will host this prestigious event on July 17th featuring the clash between legend Giorgio Petrosyan and Chinzig Allazov for the 70kg promotion’s title.
It will be interesting to see if Chinzig, who we remember having won the last edition of the K1 at 70 kg, will be able to be a consiatent match up for Giorgio, who in the last matches appeared in brilliant shape.
Also present in the card is the collision valid for the belt of the promotion at 66 kgs between the two North Americans Ross (USA) and Varga (can) as well as an interesting female challenge between Martine Michieletto, who recently rose to fame for the victory at the IFMA World Championships and the evergreen Gloria Peritore at the limit of 56.70 kg.
To be mentioned the presence in the fightcard of Gaston Bolanos,Alexandru Negrea, Gabriele Casella, Mattia Faraoni and Antonio Campagna, while for the MMA great expectation for the Legionnaire Alessio Sakara, back to his native Rome, in opposition of british Jamie Sloane at the limit of 93 kg.
