Carlos Coello Canales (7 Muay Thai Gym) protagonist last night in Bangkok of the main event of Muay Thai Super Champ live on Channel 8.

The spaniard accepted the fight with just few days advance on indication of the new promoter in charge Chun Kiatpetch, that wanted to test Carlos versus an established name of Bangkok’s major stadiums:Dennonphluang Por. Cherdchai.
The bout itself represented in our opinion the only valid match up of the night  -visibly being most of the blue corner fighters of the previous bouts mere journeymen- and started on a slow pace, with both fighters cruising at 5 rounders rhythm and forcing the referee to call for more action.
After 1 minute into the bout the pace increased with Carlos appearing at a certain point like a ‘muay maat’ (boxer style fighter):in a short distance trade in the center of the ring Carlos missed the target to get precisely punished by Dennonphluang and eventually sent on the canvas to get counted.
The spaniard accused the hit and Dennonphluang tried to close the contest with Carlos getting a new count after a merciless  cross to the jaw.
Carlos was anyway eventually able to stand and somehow contain the thai until the bell.
The second round is an one sided game, with Carlos 7 Muay Thai fiercely moving forward in order to switch the contest in his favour, targeting the thai with all his arsenal and connecting some vicious elbows.
With the 3rd round starting the bout appeared fairly even, because despite being counted twice in the first fraction Carlos dominated the second round with the expert thai only able to contain.
The last round will see Carlos trying to repeat the good work showcased in the previous period, but Dennonphluang appeared to be more confident in managing the barrage from his opponent, putting a few well timed knees abd kicks to eventually get the decision of the judges.
Very close and entertaining fight, with Carlos putting 200% effort to get the final victory and getting in this way awarded a cash bonus (elbow cut ) and the prize for the fight of the night.
