  • November 24 is the official date of the long-awaited reopening of Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium.

During the first week of March 2020 the Stadium was forced to close, due to the numerous bettors infected by Covid-19. The Sports Authority of Thailand had already asked to the stadium on March 4th to close and cancel the event scheduled for March 6th due to growing infections within the country.

Despite the requests of the authorities, the organizers decided to stage the event anyway, but this resulted in the creation of a real outbreak of infections. (Insights HERE)

Lumpinee Stadium has just revealed the card for the opening night organized entirely by Kiatpetch promotion and which will be broadcast live on Channel5 of Thai TV.
